Tonight was rather emotional for me. I realized if it weren’t for my love of Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and flying out to see them in Austin at 20 years old, I would have never met who I consider my mentor in many aspects and most importantly a friend, @malia_james. And the domino effect would have never happened. I wouldn’t be where I am today in certain ways. I wouldn’t know the lovely people I do know now and am forever grateful to have in my life. It’s just insane when you sit and really think about how you know the people you know and if it’s pure happenstance or fate/destiny. Tonight I might have gotten misty-eyed FINALLY getting to witness the song “Window” live. This photo still remains on of my all-time favorites.
